I purchased Peachtree because my QB Pro 2006 was not working in Windows 7. The price was right ($20) and I figured I'd give it a try.I had to input my current data manually because my QB files were not transferable because the version was too old.
I am very impressed. I tried traditional sprays but they smelled horrible and I was afraid of the affect on my pet. This product works very quickly, and the smell is actually very pleasant. I'd read about the heavy clove smell and expected the worst, but it's really light and not objectionable at all. Best of all, my pet is not irritated by the liquid and the fleas are gone with only 2 applications. You do have to rub it in on your pet to get the best effect. I'm very pleased.
I've been using several different brands of vacuum space saver bags and I've been having trouble with these reinflating. We're packing for a move to another state and wanted to save some space in the moving truck by vacuum bagging our clothing, bedding, towels, son's clothes and blankets, etc. It is nice when they work, for sure, but really frustrating when you find them bag to normal size again the next day. I don't think it's me, either, because like I said I've used lots of others and have not been having the same issue with those ones filling back up with air. It's unfortunate because I do like the variety of sizes in this 15 pack! I don't really want to have to go back and switch out everything in the dysfunctional ones to new bags - such a hassle. As is they will keep dust off my clothes and bugs away, but the point is more to save space in our moving truck, so I may switch them out after all...sigh. I purchased this item at a discount in exchange for my honest review.
Works well to test outlets, regular and GFCI. When I pulled it out of my kitchen outlet after testing, i managed to trip the GFI switch so spent a while trying to locate the one where I have to push in the button to reset. I am disappointed that there is not a clear diagram of what the different light combinations mean/how to interpret this device readings. Seems well built but PLEASE could the manufacturer put a LARGE color diagram somewhere in the packaging that will give all possibilities of the interpretations of light combinations. Thanks.
I'm sure you have all heard the stories of how McAfee anti-virus software can slow down your computer to a crawl. Well, here's yet another one. Having used McAfee Total Protection in the past, I should have known better than to try it again but the price for the 3 PC version was so good I couldn't stop myself. On my laptop which runs Windows Vista Professional, installation was okay, but I did need customer support for a few minor issues, On my desktop which runs Windows XP Professional, installation was hell. After hours on the phone with their online support person, he decided I needed support from a "senior team member" who would call me the next day after analyzing the problem. He did call, had me uninstall several the same software packages the first person did, plus several other things. Didn't work, still wouldn't install. He left me with a few more things to try and a call-back number for when I was finished. At this point I did a comprehensive search for the "real" problem, found several possible solutions on line of which one worked and let me install. I haven't bothered to install the software on my wife's Windows 8 based computer. After all of this, the McAfee software takes over my PC's whenever it does and update (frequently) or a scan. What junk!
