QuickBooks must offer the worst customer service of all software providers, bar none. Their website acts as a sales prevention medium unless you want to but what they want to sell, which is a subscription-based cloud-based effort. My experience in purchasing tis has led me to look relentlessly for an alternative, with an eye cast towards Sage 50. It still does the small business job, but it is so frustrating to be a customer.
this is a great product. Bought to replace Pub Platinum 1997. Also bought some cheaper programs, thinking could do same and save $$. Wrong.
If you're looking for an album of stantards, this is not it. However, if like me you have enjoyed his songwriting on previous albums you will enjoy this. I can't stop listening to this album, I love it. Yes, "Nobody But Me" has a rap in it, but as a lover of many genres I enjoy it. It's upbeat and I blast it in my car with the windows rolled down and I'm old enough to not care who sees me dancing (ok maybe I care a little). "I Believe In You" is sweet and brought tears to my eyes when I first heard it. One of the things I love about Michael is that when he sings, I believe him. As a fan, I'm overjoyed that he was able to put more of himself on this album. I appreciate him for him and that's meaningful to me. Yes I love the standards, but I also adore and value him as an artist. This album gives you both.
I run a small business and "upgraded" to Quickbooks 2014 for MAC from Quickbooks Pro 2012 for Windows. What a mistake. I've had various issues so far, including what I thought were basic features of the Windows version that are not available on the MAC version, like attaching customers from a drop down list to purchase orders for future billing purposes. OK, I can find a time consuming work-around.

Great product when it is applied properly. You can definitely tell its on your when its rained the water pools up and runs off quickly. Also, with my car being black it stays cleaner looking longer after being hand-washed.
