Customer service was awesome. Windshield was quickly shipped and arrived in good order. Installation was very easy and could have been done without the instructions. Fit is good and I have not found windshield to vibrate excessively, which is a GOOD THING!!!! Cuts wind, but also allows enough circulation to be comfortable. Cleans easily. Remember to follow cleaning instructions provided to ensure a nice scratch free winshield!! AAA+++ Update 5/13/14.....Loving this windshield. I've plenty of runtime since installing it and it is still nice and snug, no excessive vibration, no cracks, and scratch free. Remember to follow the cleaning directions!!!!

Ronald - Does not stay warm

I used this hand warmer for the first time the other day after owning it for a while in its original package. I was very disappointed after filling up the fluid all the way and lit the burner. The warmer never stayed warm it only gets warm for a little while and never heats up. Perhaps my product is defective.

David - STEP1 sucks...

I swear by this book. Currently studying for STEP1. I would be completely lost if it wasn't for this book. However, while this may be used as a primary source for information, you can't expect to pass with ONLY this material. UWorld is a MUST. Generally, First Aid + UWorld (and maybe Goljan if you have time) is sufficient.

Jim Stevens - Love it!!!!

Keep in mind, I'm an old rock n roll guy. If you are a fan, buy it. I saw them in July and was blown away and I have see them many times. Yes, Stills voice isn't there but he is absolutely one of the best guitarist in history. He actually stole the show. These yahoo's who say they have lost it, don't know good rock n roll.

Amazon Customer - her coat looks good and her skin is no longer inflamed

I noticed a big difference the first time I used this shampoo. I've used this product 4 times on my border collie mix over a two week period and she smells normal, her coat looks good and her skin is no longer inflamed. I'll definitely keep her on a regular treatment cycle and move toward a maintenance cycle once I'm through the recommended 3 weeks.
