A. Stratton - Didn't realize it was a pay per employee program

I didn't realize that when I purchased this that I had to pay for any additional employees more than one employee per month (the amount is automatically charged to my credit card). This was probably a detail I overlooked, so I blame myself for that one. Other than that, it does the job and I haven't had any problems yet.
