This is a great product. My junior year in college my skin went crazy and I had cysts and whiteheads by the dozen. They were all over my face. Later, I found out that a large part of my acne was due to a hormonal imbalance, so it is never going to go away, but it can be controlled and this is the only thing that comes close. I still get the occasional breakouts here and there with this, but I will deal with the 1-3 bumps over a whole face full of them.
I'm a tutor, practice test writer, and founder of ISEEpracticetest.com and SSATpracticetest.com. While I use our (Test Innovators) 5 full-length practice tests as our main tutoring resource, I do recommend Princeton Review's ISEE/SSAT as the best ISEE text book out there and Kaplan's as a reasonable 2nd or 3rd choice. I have not been impressed with this text but I have used it. Also, note this this text still does not have any Elementary level SSAT material. Our full-length Elementary level SSAT practice tests are the only ones I know of.
I would not recommend this product based on my experience. Their customer service is absolutely HORRID! I also believe it is actually the makeup itself that clogs the machine. The stylus kept clogging so much that I purchased a new one, only to have it happen again and again, even after taking the thing apart and cleaning it thoroughly. I then decided to discontinue using Luminess and I purchased the Dinair system, which has been around longer. Dinair however doesn't spend money on infomercials like Luminess and they have great customer testimonials and reviews. Dinair has a citrus airbrush cleaner that you can use to maintain the system as well as additional tools, i.e., a docking jar, rinse jars and cleaner brushes, to name a few. On top of that it was less expensive, they seem to have a MUCH wider selection of colors and they have a TON of other cool things/ways to use the system.
