Here's the thing, you can't just take "magic pills" and get frustrated because they don't work! There is more to it than that believe it or not. You need to change your diet and way of living, these pills are basically suppose to lower your appetite so you don't eat as much, it doesn't mean you can still pig out at burger joints and have midnight sandwich snacks. With taking these pills or any other diet supplements, you need to maintain a balanced diet which means STOP EATING CRAP FOOD! If you feel the need to crave snacks or junk, replace it with having veggies and fruit instead, not burger and fries! Also, YOU HAVE TO EXERCISE AND SLEEP! If you want to loose weight and have that great body you want, you have to train your body, so hit the gym and sweat! STOP BEING LAZY! Your body will not respond accordingly if you just take the pill and not doing anything to help it. You do have to put in your part as well. So with that being said, this is what you need to do!

The BG1 is a good device, with some annoying quirks. I have been using it for about a year now, and have seen improvements over that time. I like that it is small and portable, and that all the data is stored on the cloud and analyzed on my iPhone. Since I always have my iPhone with me, I always have my meter too. Most of my complaints are with the quirky application, and the lousy batteries they provide with it when you purchase it.
The cap is nice and fits well. The retaining band (N buna tether) that holds the cap to the truck body broke immediately while installing, There is a rubber retaining band that is already placed around the cap. The other side has a hole that grabs ahold of the filler spout. It's about 1/4" or less around of material and with minimal pressure to install, it snapped in half. I actually did not expect this part to be included, but it was and it broke. Otherswise, the unit works fine,
This is one of my new favorite things on my desk. I bought two of them and I have already almost filled them. They charge really fast and my phone can't tell the difference between being plugged in to this and plugged straight into the wall and most of the smart phones out there now will definitely let you know if you could be charging faster. I can't recommend this enough, especially for the price. It has plenty of charging ports, the average person probably would not need more than one. I'm not quite average with my charging needs though, so having a second one was required and I'm glad I thought ahead. Having only one plug in the wall has helped me feel slightly less self-conscious about my usb-rechargeble addiction and I can actually use my outlets again. I definitely recommend this for anyone who's got a lot of usb rechargeable devices of any type. I haven't found a thing that stresses this yet and I have a lot of toys to plug in at once. I've had one of mine plugged in the entire time I've had it (I don't recommend leaving them plugged in all the time, btw, I'm just lazy) and it's never heated up or given me any cause to think that it would overheat. The stand is small but works well on the desk and the entire unit is small enough that it doesn't obstruct my monitor even sitting right in front of it. Definitely a good buy if you need a good, very portable usb charger.
