Really impressed with this tumbler. I can use it all day - coffee in the morning and cold water or tea in the afternoon after rinsing out. No taste cross over. Plus, I broke the lid when I had it less than and week and they replaced the lid - no problem. Amazing customer service! Use this every day and it's been terrific. Price was just right, too.

Very thorough and easy to follow book. For everyone complaining that the Kindle version does not include the CD or PDF copy, all you have to do is contact the publisher's customer support. They were able to send me everything in 30 seconds through an online chat session.

I contacted Living Cookbook for support. They did not respond to my seven requests over a three month period. I have purchased MasterCook which seems to be a better product and they offer much better support (2 day response). Incidentally, I lost all of my recipes because I could not open the software. Clearly I am not happy with the Living Cookbook people.

I purchased this to treat mold that was developing on the ceiling of my bathroom. This stuff really works on drywall. I sprayed and wiped the mold off, then gave a light spray again. No more mold!! But buyer beware - you might want to check you local grocery store before buying online. After I already purchased mine through Amazon, I was walking down the aisle in the grocery store with the cleaners - saw the exact same thing on the shelf and MUCH cheaper than I paid for it.

Ripped through the front pocket of my dockers and broke two of my toes in the process. Not recommended for daily carry. I still haven't figured out how to use the fork and knife at the same time. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
