Did not work after the first day. I had read reviews and saw a few people mention that it would not hold a charge after a day. i went against my better judgement and ordered it. First day worked, second day would not start. I just would save yourself the hassle.

The self adjusting spring fit your finger snug but not to tight. Next push the button to turn on the meter. Wait a few seconds and it will read your pulse and blood oxygen. I try every one of my finger and each one fit snug but not to tight. Each time I did it I got the same reading. Another nice feature after a few minute of not using the meter it will turn off. Amazing game, the graphics are fantastic! This is probably one of the most realistic games I have ever played! I especially like it because even the best players can not go on a 55 kill streak. It is just to much of a action packed close range game.
