My mother purchased this for us as a gift a few years ago from a high-end, well-known cooking supply store. We thought we were getting a top quality, gourmet cooking tool. We used it maybe 4 or 5 times a year (over 3 or 4 years thats about 20 times). Initially it made great waffles, then this morning it just died in the middle of making a waffle. It is also very large and takes up a lot of cabient space. Don't waste your money on this unless you want to be buying another one in a couple of years.

I receive a sample of this product from PINCHme in exchange for my honest and fair review. I used this for my lower back and love it. It's not greasy, or sticky, goes on smoothly. I didn't notice any smell to it which was nice, because why broadcast to the whole house that you're using a pain ointment (bengay, I'm looking at you)? It wasn't burning like icyhot, but it just was really soothing and I felt like it lasted quite awhile- I put it on just before bedtime hoping I'd sleep easier, and it worked wonderfully, and I woke up feeling peachy keen. So I'm not entirely sure how long it lasted, but I wasn't achey in the morning and I slept soundly so it worked well enough that I didn't wake up in pain. I definitely plan on getting more to keep on hand.
