I was excited to try this product as I know a person that is having success with it. I ordered the transformation kit, thinking I would go all in on the "challenge". I really enjoy the taste of their shakes. They make a good shake mix that tastes and smells like cake mix. I was able to mix these shakes with almond milk, sugar free jello mix, and powdered peanut butter to make a very tasty "butterfinger" shake that was only 180 calories. The shakes were never the problem.
It works as well as proactive it's 30 @ walgreens and 2200 @ walmart . I get more compliments on my skin .. I use my moisturizer after he last step @ night like 30 minutes later to make sure all of step 3 and 4 have absorbed.. I don't used step 3 and 4 in the daytime I just put on my daytime moisturizer and face powder .. I like the acne free wipes to lo but they are kinda soapy .. U can damp your face and wipe with the moist towelettes and feel real clean .. Just a quick clean up. I'm the daytime or after working out
I used this in conjunction with the recommended same brand shampoo/conditioner and used a hand-dryer to harden. My hair is usually very frizzy, breaks very easily, sheds constantly and has split ends. After using this my hair was more tangly and got creases from my flat-iron and seemed more brittle, though after I washed it again it has seemed to calm down. I don't know if my less than stellar results are because of my hair type since it is also very dry or the hand-dryer. I do like the other products by this brand however I think next I will try a keratin treatment instead and see what those effects will be.
The flex belt is fantastic. I have back problems and it is tightening my abs and relieving pressure on my spine. I feel healthier and look forward to my belt sessions. Try it. You have 6 wks to see if it works. I saw it working before then.
Caused more problems than it prevented. Made changes to my computer constantly (internet browser settings mainly). Still got malware even when I ran the recommended settings. Invested in MalwareBytes instead. Much happier.
It tastes great and relaxed me so much. Can't believe how quick the effect was. I was instantly ready to knock out... almost couldn't finish the cup.
