This software is a total bust. After installation, it won't do anything. Any request results in a pop-up window that says 'Loading", but no matter how long you wait, it never completes loading. In addition, the pop-up states it's the 2013 version, even though the packaging and the software itself indicate it's the 2014 version. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software with the same result. How do I get a refund?
I started taking Premama Fertility after I "ovulated" on our 7th cycle ttc #2. Just SIX weeks later, I not only had a confirmed GOOD ovulation, but I also conceived! I am about 6 weeks pregnant now. With our first, it took 2 years & 2 rounds of Clomid to get pregnant... Premama Fertility has none of the horrible side effects that Clomid does, and literally no taste! While I have bought this program for the last 5 years, I was your typical late filer (4/14) and had no issues. But, this year because I am submitting college financial aid applications, I have to file early in order to be accurate and to meet the application deadlines. I e-filed 3 days ago and got a rejection from the IRS for my son's 1040A because it did not have the AGI for 2011. This is his first time filing and there is no 2011 AGI. But, the program and the IRS are looking for it. There are directions for no 2011 AGI and I followed it, but the e-file system is still looking for a 2011 AGI. Now, I have to file by mail.
