This trampoline has been used for hours upon hours since assembled. My kids love it, I love it, and it's BIG! My complaint lies with the instructions. It should be obvious to the manufacturers by now that many, many people are unclear on the same spot each time, resulting in many people having to take off the ENTIRE set of springs (talk about sore fingers the next day!), the spring pad (which means untieing like 50 pad ties under the trampoline, and if you're like us, we KNOTTED them, and that was a bitch to undo!) and readjusting the enclosure netting, which creates for a MUCH longer assembly process and some serious frustration! I was fully aware of the issues people were having and tried my very best to be sure not to stumble in the same spot, but sure enough! After realizing that I must have made the same mistake, I came back to the reviews and started reading every one until I found one person's review that not only had the same issue, but this person was kind enough to describe the perfect visual (whereas many of the other reviewers only complained of the issue, not a clear description of how to avoid it) you'll need in order to not make the infamous mistake during your assembly process. What he pointed out, and I shall repeat for all future assembly men and women, when it comes to doing the mat/spring/enclosure attachments, make sure the zipper opening on the enclosure net will be lined up with a t-bracket that does NOT have the extra hole (which later will be for you to place the enclosure post into). AGAIN, make sure your zipper opening will be between two of the t-brackets with the extra hole for the enclosure post, and OVER the t-bracket WITHOUT the extra hole for the enclosure post!!! I just thought a t-bracket was a t-bracket and saw that mine was over one and thought to myself.. well, that wasn't that difficult to figure out! Duh!! So, save yourself the time. I was soooo heartbroken when, after being soooo close to being done, and it was getting dark, and the kids were getting excited to jump, to only realize we would have to undo basically EVERYTHING except the legs the thing sits on!! We survived and got it done, but I do hope this review saves anyone else from making the same mistake! Absolute best investment thus far this Christmas! The kids are CONSTANTLY on the thing!! This is so gross but I LOVE this set! I'm addicted! I didn't even know something like this existed! I get a lot of little black heads on my chin and nose and the remover tool worked so great. They just pop right out as I move it along (watch a you tube video on it) I don't usually get a lot of pimples but I did have a break out of rash like pimples all over my fitness recently. I used the pimple tool and the puss popped right out and left a pin point scab rather than my fingers leaving a gaping hole and scab lol! The dots healed within 3 days completely! I'm very thankful for finding this tool!
