Hi, I have been considering using this system for many years. I finally decided to order the belt and oh how I wish I did not. I have not seen any results. It is very bothersome to use. They even claim that you can wear it for slimming results, it did not slim my tummy at all. They say you can exercise in it but it is very hard to do because you have to keep pulling and tugging on it to keep it in place. I don't know see how anyone could be giving this product a positive review.....ummm. I would not recommend this for anyone.
Do not trust any positive reviews about this shampoo - I used it for 2 month - and I counted the hair I lossed after each wash.
I bought a 6 month supply, 3 months in so far, no results to speak of. Its possible it will take longer, and its possible there will be no results at all but its been more than the 2 months expected so I'm giving it a 3 because to be fair they didn't "promise" you any results at all.
