Extremely disappointed! I ordered 3 of these thinking I could use them with Alexa (Echo). Setup was not difficult and I had one up and operating on wifi with the Kasa app. To work with Alexa, Remote Control has to be activated. This was the problem. Every time I tried to activate it I got an error message unable to connect to server. I tried calling Tech support twice and was hung up on. The third time I connected, was on hold 5 minutes and a message came on to press buttons to get to the right person. I did so and was on hold again for 3 minutes and then DISCONNECTED again. I then went to a Chat session with someone in China I think. It lasted over an hour and I would rate the support at a D-. Never could get it working. I even opened a second package and went through the whole thing only to get the same error message. So, about 2 hours of my time and I am returning all 3 of the plugs.

Great quality and shipped in a nice box that kept them safe and sound through their travels here. they have a great aroma and work wonders. My wife and i have been long time users of oils and these are some of the best quality we have seen from getting online. Will be a repeat customer.

An SSD will impart the greatest improvement in system performance of any upgrade to a computer, and Samsung makes one of the best. The EVO line is their less expensive alternative to the pricier PRO line, but gives up almost nothing in performance. I would rate the drive a 5-star product except that the migration from hard disk to SSD changed the 100MB system area on the disk (for what reason I do not know) and left so little empty space there, you can't perform a disk image. I encountered an identical problem when I upgraded my wife's laptop storage to a Samsung 840 EVO.

Amazon Customer - Quickbooks

Since we have used Quickbooks for our Company bookkeeping needs, we needed to upgrade our Quickbooks from the 2003 version to the latest 2013 version. I liked how reasonable the price for this 3 user software versus the single user software (which gives me an extra user so I can work from home). I haven't been able to download and convert my older version to this version yet but I have heard from my accountant that it is more user friendly than the previous version I and using now.

Unfortunately, I'm not seeing any results for issues I was hoping to address. If you are on the fence about purchasing, l suggest you don't unless you've got money to play with then give it a try.
