The rack work but the allen bolts provided by the manufacturer are cheap and the heads strip during tightening and loosening. I spend an hour and had to drill out four of the bolts to get the rack off as the bolt heads rounded. Being a seasoned mechanic I knew how to do it and had the tools but I can imagine the issue others may go through. I suggest replacing the manufacturer provided bolts. I used four M6-1.00 x 70 and four M6-1.00 x 40 stainless socket cap screws. You can order them through Amazon or someone like www.fmwfasteners.com.

I previously purchased this product from amazon and it was great. However, this time I'm very disappointed. The consistency of the product this go around was noticeably runny - nothing like what I received before. I gave it a try anyway but it did nothing for my skin. I know what this product is capable of and unfortunately this is not it.

Our baby had reflux and at 5 months old she would spit up every time we put her in her infant carseat within 1 hr after she took her bottle. She would scream every time we put her in the Britax b-safe (which worked totally fine for the first 4 1/2 months). We bought Maxi-Cosi when Amazon offered a deal, following our ped's recommendations to change to a convertible car seat (which puts less pressure on her belly). She never screamed in this seat and only spit up once in it. We have a second convertible seat that is less expensive and functional, but still thinks this one works best for her. It has lots of padding and our daughter falls asleep in it all the time.
