This a great product but I expected to get powder in 4 separate bags, instead, I receive one box with a lot of powder in it. The instructions say to use 1/4 of the bag at a time but I did not want to measure it out. Nevertheless I poured out the powder by eye and hope I get it right. If not, the price was still good.
I bought this ball for my friend as a gift and it was a great gag gift since his name is also wilson. I thought the design was pretty funny and very durable. after playing with the ball through sand and grass the image stayed on pretty well.
After using for a month, I hate this machine. The vacuum part does not work any more and the steam leaves streaks all over the floor. I have to mop after using it. Sort of defeats the purpose. I followed all the instructions but to no avail. Customer service was of no use. Think twice about buying this if you have laminate floors.
