  • Peter T. Szymonik - Best Garden Hose on the Market

    This is easily the best garden hose I've ever owned. Very flexible but strong, almost never kinks, I can see getting years of use out of this one. Also note that Amazon's pricing is about $30-40 less than you'll see in many catalogs carrying the same hose.

    I bought this thinking I could sweep and steam clean my hardwood floor in one step with a lightweight and easy to maneuver machine. Not what I got at all. The directions state that you should sweep before steaming for best results. It should not be called a steam AND sweep if you can't really do both at same time. My floors was minimally dirty (had just been cleaned on Friday) and I tried the steam and sweep combination on Tuesday morning; it left behind a ton of streaks and little piles of debris. It was much harder to maneuver than I expected and I'm young and in good shape. I have an older model dyson and a eureka envirosteam and both are much easier to push around than the bissel steam and sweep. It's going back and I'm going to continue vacuuming my floor with the Dyson on it's hard surface setting and then steam clean with the envirosteam.

    I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AND LOVE THE FACT THAT I AM 58 AND NO ONE BELIEVES MY AGE. I AM A PERSON WHO CLEANSES MY SKIN REGULARLY BECAUSE, I FEEL IT IS IMPORTANT IF YOU EXPECT A PRODUCT TO WORK WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AND GETTING IT THROUGH AMAZON MAKES IT AFFORDABLE.

    Received the product quickly from Amazon but noticed that nuts, bolts and washers were spilling out of the small box all over the floor. Not a good sign. Called Body Solid and response was less than enthusiastic. Said that they could probably get me missing parts withing 7 days. Checked with Amazon to see if they wanted me to return it or attempt to set it up. They said set it up. Sure enough, parts were missing. Trip to hardware store was easiest. As a father of two, I have assembled my share of projects and the directions for this machine are by far the worst. Used weights for over thirty years and rate it three stars. Hard to get under, leg position for calves and squats not quite optimum. With very little effort all around they could have made this a better machine for use and assembly. With what I know now I would have saved $100 and gone with the other manufacturer.
