I am not a computer geek, but the reviews say this is a good product, and I have not had trouble with bugs, so it seems to work.

Smell like balsam fir & the mice HATE it. It keeps my cars mouse free between uses & even knocks out the doggie odor in my dog transport vehicle. It will not keep mice out of an area where there is available food.

Although I can wear them all day- they aren't as comfortable as my other Nike's. They make my ankles sore after a few hours. I believe I just have to get them broken it. Other than that, they are great!

I HAVE BEEN USING QUICK BOOKS PRO FOR 16 YEARS NOW (at my daytime job). I REALLY LIKE THE OLDER VERSION THAT I CURRENTLY USE BUT I JUST STARTED UP A NEW side-business DOING BOOK KEEPING IN HOME AND I THOUGHT I'D GET THIS NEWEST VERSION! MY MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT IS WITH INTUIT' S CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT. THEY JUST DON'T MAKE IT EASY FOR YOU TO GET SUPPORT. MY FIRST CALL TO THEM, THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO HELP ME. THEIR SUPPORT TEAM TOLD ME TO HAVE MY COMPUTER TECH COME BACK TO MY OFFICE IN MY HOME SO THAT THEY COULD TALK TO HIM AND THAT "SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK IN 30 MINUTES"! WELL, AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER I HAD TO CALL AGAIN. THE NEXT TECH I REACHED THERE "ALSO" DID NOT KNOW HOW TO HELP ME and "my" TECK that was sitting with me at $35 per hour- at my expense. THEIR TECH PUT US ON HOLD SEVERAL TIMES, THEN I WAS DISCONNECTED! I'VE E-MAILED THEM TWICE with no response! GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SOOOOO IMPORTANT!
