I bought Panda IS 2009 late in the year, and they automatically upgraded me to the current version upon activation. Good deal...you might think. When the subscription was over, I thought I would use one of the free alternatives, and continue to use the Panda firewall until I have time to do backups and reinstall windoze. Not with IS 2010. Panda now has a nag screen that pops up periodically all day long. Anything you might be doing, especially if you're in full screen, immediately minimizes or stops so Panda can give you a reminder. I have Panda IS 2011, but want to wait until I do a complete windblows reinstall before using it.
I read a couple of these stories to my grandchildren, but they were not very well written, and not are the illustrations great. I doubt that I will read more of these stories to my grandchildren,
love love love this. my son is 19 months old and been using it since he was able to sit on his own. we attached this to our dinning table and he knows thats his chair now so when its yummy time he would lift his arms to be sitted. i use to take it around to restaurants but some restaurants tables arent so sturdy and uneven so i wasnt too sure about attaching it to their table. High chair works fine for us.
Although being notorious for it's insight, I found Shrunk' s guide rather arbitrary at times. For example, towards the end of the brief informative, Strunk states that "Alright" should always be written as two words (all right). Not only this, but he also fails to provide exceptions to broad rules. Billy S. says (rule eleven, I think) that all paragraphs should include a topic sentence and a conclusive sentence (very wise third grade insight). While generally helpful, he fails to address the obvious exceptions: paragraph changes dues to dialogue.
